Dr. Tara Pandiscia is a licensed doctor of physical therapy, practicing since 2008. She moved to Virginia Beach in 2019 and practiced at Restorative Therapy Co until its closure in 2026. She is now pleased to be bringing her compassionate care and enthusiasm for working with complex neurological and geriatric clients to her new practice - Balanced Physical Therapy - in collaboration with The Wellhouse.

With experience providing physical therapy across the care continuum - from the hospital, to inpatient rehabilitation, to the outpatient clinic - Tara brings expertise to treating all manner of injury and dysfunction. She is a board-certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist and has a passion for working with older adults to maintain lifelong health and wellness.

Outside of PT practice, you can find Tara singing, dancing, and spreading holiday cheer with The Doorway Singers all over Hampton Roads. She loves living by The Bay with her husband and their 2 cats. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of your health care team!
